Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and AG Sunday School ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the agsundayschool.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if under 13)
• You are a member or affiliate of an Assemblies of God church in Ghana
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use
• You will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Platform. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through Paystack

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• You will retain access until the end of your paid period

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds except as required by law or in cases of technical issues that prevent access to the Platform for an extended period.

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieve data to create a competing service
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Engage in unauthorized framing or linking to the Platform
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
• Make improper use of our support services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the Platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws
• Sell or transfer your account or subscription
• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy or adapt the Platform's software or content
• Decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer any software

User Generated Content

The Platform may allow you to create, submit, post, or share content ("User Content"). By providing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content
• Distribute your User Content within the Platform
• Create derivative works based on your User Content

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content does not contain illegal or harmful material
• Your User Content complies with these Terms of Use

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform and all content, features, and functionality are owned by AG Sunday School and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Download and print materials for personal use
• Use lessons and resources within your church community

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform
• Breach of these Terms of Use
• Any breach of your representations and warranties
• Your violation of the rights of a third party
• Your User Content

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ghana. AG Sunday School and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
